My journey to energy healing hasn't exactly been a straight line.
From a young age, I've always been fascinated by the human body – how it works, how it ages, and what keeps it vibrant. This curiosity even led me to learn more about cellular health and gerontology, the study of aging. Originally this led me to become a chef, where I learned the power of food and how it nourishes and fuels us.
But even amongst the bustle of the kitchen, another passion kept peeking through. My natural knack for helping people with physical aches and pains emerged. Working at a the local country club, I found myself offering muscular relief to co-workers. Even as a chef, I gravitated towards bodywork! That's when it hit me – this was my true calling.

My story is one of perseverance, self-discovery, and unwavering trust in my ow intuition. It's a testament to the power of following your calling, even if it takes you on an unconventional path. Because at the end of the day, that's how became a conduit for healing.
It wasn't easy though. I became a massage therapist working around the clock, juggling two little ones and both careers as a massage therapist and in a demanding restaurant management position. After a number of years, I left the restaurant business in 2014, and even though it was a whirlwind, my dedication allowed me to build a successful massage practice.
When I went full-time into deep tissue therapy, it evolved into something more, infused with an energetic intention. It's a truly symbiotic experience - my hands have a conversation with the body, following an intuitive design I see forming on the surface. Interestingly, working with my eyes closed allows my hands to "see" better! This connection comes from years of trusting my instincts, allowing my intuition to blossom, and ultimately, quieting the chatter in my mind.
Now, when I work with someone, it's a pure, intuitive experience. I listen deeply to the body's whispers, allowing it to guide me where to go and what techniques to use. It's a far cry from the forceful "deep tissue" often practiced – I use a gentle, responsive touch.
After being a chef for 10 years, I wanted to change careers and felt, believed really, that what you do for a living or what you do in your life should be what you just do naturally.
